Our staff exists to serve the church and the community in and through the power of the gospel of Jesus Christ. The pastors strive to serve God and His people so that the church is equipped to reach the lost and worship God rightly in every area of life.

Lead Pastor: Billy Rave
Billy has served as the lead pastor of WMBC since January 2022. Billy is deeply committed to shepherding God's people, especially through sound expository preaching. He enjoys spending time with his wife and children, as well as fishing.

Youth Pastor: Matthew Hotelling
Matthew has served at WMBC since March 2024. He has a great passion for his calling to serve in youth ministry. He desires to see each student come to maturity in Christ and carry out the Great Commission. In his free time, Matthew enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter, as well as golfing, reading, and playing video games.

Chairman of Deacons: Bobby Weaver
Mr. Bobby Weaver has faithfully served WMBC for over two decades. He joined the church in 1999 and was ordained as a deacon in 2001. Bobby serves as a spiritually mature leader who seeks to keep the church focused on Christ.

The deacons serve the church in a multitude of ways as they focus on the spiritual, mental, and physical welfare of their assigned members. They also volunteer in the various ministries within the church as they embody maturity in Christ to those around them.
